The fastest superhero alive is the one taking things in the slowest way, before speeding up for a movie. Although fan speculation travels faster than The Flash’s desires, truth well told is that a “Scarlet Speedster’s” movie hasn’t officially crossed the finishing line yet.
One of the coolest superheroes of the Justice League is still trying out which story and movie director fits in his sneakers to accelerate production for the wide screen hero race. Not to mention who should play Barry Allen for The Flash, that my friends is way to early to talk about. However were fan expectation boosts up begging for a Flash Movie is were the magic of DC Entertainment resides. The Flash Movie hasn’t come out because DC Comics doesn’t want too, but because they wanna make it perfectly damn right for every fan!
It doesn’t take a genius to know that Marvel is leading up the count for the hero movies, but since the Dark Knight it’s DC Comics setting up the benchmark for how a superhero movie should perform and go. And believe me, once you’ve excelled your own high bar, you cannot by any means turn back and jump under it.
So, why is The Flash taking so long to race up for a movie? It’s simple, DC Comics along with Warner Bros. haven’t felt comfortable for what they have of The Flash so far, they need one powerful kick ass idea to fast forward “The Fastest Man Alive” into production. Besides, I believe that the dedication and passion being built by DC Comics for the future Green Lantern movie is going to be on par with the Dark Knight, that they don’t want to take things lightly for the The Flash. The good news is that comic book mastermind Geoff Johns is working on a Flash proposal that without any doubt will catapult The Scarlet Speedsters success, for a blockbuster hit at the speed of light. You gotta give DC Entertainment credit for that. In the meantime it’s better if we have The Flash jogging and warming up, rather than speeding up for an all of a sudden flick disaster.
